Total Support

In this 12-session high-touch one-on-one coaching package, you receive personalized guidance + support step by step to help you attain the healthy lifestyle you dream of!

Through a coaching partnership, you will have the space to discover and address your health goals. I serve as support, accountability and as a resource to science-based evidence that will help you succeed at the goals you set. While it may seem counterintuitive, my goal is to not make you dependent on me, rather to equip you with the tools, education and momentum to increase your self-reliance and success.

With so much information about food, diet and health out there, knowing where to start and what to do can be confusing and at times paralyzing. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I support clients in achieving their health goals through lifestyle and behavior changes.

As a sports coach can help athletes develop skills and excel at a sport, a health and wellness coach can help you excel at living your healthiest life!

Included in the Total Support One-on-One Package:

  • 12 weekly or bi-weekly sessions

  • Unlimited e-mail support and accountability between sessions

  • Meal planning tips, recipes, product lists, and more

  • Food diary review and input

  • Personalized materials and handouts

*A minimum of six months is the amount of time proven to be effective for developing new behaviors, turning them into lifestyle changes, and seeing the rewards of those new healthy habits.

This interactive activity could be a great place to begin! Are you feeling overwhelmed by the idea of cleaning out your refrigerator and pantry? Maybe you’ve gone gluten free and aren’t sure what is safe to eat or you’re trying to eliminate processed foods? Let’s work together during this consultation to leave you feeling confident and empowered at how to stock your kitchen.

Smart Shopping

Want to have more fun in the grocery store? Many products claim to be healthy, but are they? Who and what should you believe? On our Smart Shopping trip, I will make shopping easy, healthy, and fun. Empower yourself to change your life and your nutrition by learning how to successfully navigate the grocery store!

10 Day Detox

You can do anything for 10 days! This program is a fun, effective, and a do-able jump-start to better health. For 10 days you will shred the food and habits that are not serving you well and will focus on clean living and flooding your body with whole food nutrition. The 10 day jump-start is the beginning of a 4-month period of education and healthy changes that will transform your health for years to come!
