Healthy living has always been a priority for me.

I used to battle PCOS, 66 food intolerances, pre-diabetes, anemia, depression, anxiety and disordered eating habits all while being bombarded by confusing marketing, quick fixes, and pharmaceutical options.  Determined to overcome these obstacles naturally, I opted out of pharmaceuticals and went on a journey to understand the role that foundational cellular nutrition and lifestyle habits play on our overall health, and it worked! I reversed all of these health issues through my diet and lifestyle changes over time. With all that I’ve learned, I am honored and eager to help you achieve your goals!

I am a Winter Garden resident and have dual Bachelor of Science Degrees (Hospitality Management and Restaurant and Foodservice Management). I am also three times certified as a Health Coach with specializations in all ages and life stages. Now, as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I am passionate about serving individuals who seek sustainable wellness through foundational cellular nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

I bring my background of serving others in the culinary industry and my experience as an elite athlete and coach into my health coaching relationships and find great joy in sharing my passion for whole foods and healthy living with my clients.

My focus is on educating and coaching optimal health using these four pillars: Lifestyle, how you live; Exercise, how you move; Attitude, how you think; Nutrition, how you eat.

On my off days, I refuel by spending time with my husband, getting creative in the kitchen, and finding joy-filled ways to move my body (especially outdoors)!
